Turns out that for cross-compile needs some special setup of the runner
host where the pipeline is running on. QEMU has to be configured and the
CI container has run privileged to access the QEMU configuration of the
host kernel.

I did not succeed in getting this to run with only QEMU installed in the
build-ah-engine image or without the privileged flag.
