This patch adds the final requirements to allow a fully repository setup
with not more than a `make publish`. There is no easier way to setup a
repository and publish it to IPFS.

This patch moves around some of the makefile configs to live in their
own files and making it easier to find one's way around.

Now all IPFS actions run in an own makefile, as well as all fdroid
action and all html action. This should help to keep things better
maintainable.

This patch should resolve possible problems with IPFS keys as it was
still hard-coded, but will now use the internal key management of ipfs
to generate a named key, that takes care of all details.

This should clean up the local IPFS node from old pins. These might
still be mirrored somewhere else, but that shouldn't bother us. We only
need the newest version of the repository.

This patch updates the HTML templates to provide fdroidrepo urls
instead, since they are not picked up by accident by a browser instead
of f-droid.
