Refactor Riot role to use flatpak

Sheogorath requested to merge refactor/riot into master

The old Riot setup was build using Riot from COPR. In order to modernize the desktop and provide the new fancy technology this patch updates the Riot role to use the flatpak from flathub instead which is also maintained by me.
