Add ui-test redirect to vercel deployment

Since the deployment of the HedgeDoc react-client repo changed from GitHub pages to Vercel, it would be great to add a redirect from the old deployment domain ui-test.hedgedoc.org to the new deployment domain hedgedoc.dev.
