Provide initial version of the CLI tooling used to manage the clusters.

First and only release of OKD clusters

This clusters were taken down due to downtime during upgrades. When your
HA system is more expensive and produces more downtimes, it's probably
not worth the money. Sadly.

First plain Kubernetes Cluster release

Contains terraform definitions for basic setup, nothing fancy and
provides various kubernetes manifests for basic infrastructure
deployments using fluxcd.
