The license name should be a valid spdx identifier, according to the default ansible galaxy meta.yml file: https://github.com/ansible/ansible/blob/54b002e1acad1e8d88e81965323d47ddb8c234fb/lib/ansible/galaxy/data/default/role/meta/main.yml.j2#L10

The GPLv3 identifier is not listed on https://spdx.org/licenses/ so, i picked the equivalent GPL-3.0-only identifier.
