Add working version with basic capabilities. The little application can
be connected to postfix, automatically detect mail addresses of
recipients and, given that all recipients have a OpenPGP key available
via WKD[1], encrypt the email with people's OpenPGP keys and send it
out.

This should help to provide more services with automatic PGP encryption,
even when those services don't implement it themselves.
