This cleanup of default `fileMatch` values should be backwards compatible.

Renames `lookupName` to be `packageName`.

BREAKING CHANGE: Use `packageName` instead of `lookupName` if interacting with Renovate datasources directly.

Moves datasource, manager, platform and versioning code from lib/ into new lib/modules/

BREAKING CHANGE: External tools must update paths to datasource, manager, platform and versioning
