This patch increases the per-user inotify limit in order to allow some
use-case e.g. jellyfin to utilise inotify to check media files.

This patch is a first setup of jellyfin that allows to do some basic
tests it should be adjusted in the long term to use the NAS for actual
media storage instead of longhorn, in order to safe SSD space.

This patch fixes the mastodon ingress rule, that was "corrected" to
follow the official docs, but uses the `exact` match rule, instead of
the `Prefix` rule, resulting in breaking the mastodon webinterface while
fixing other clients.

This patch adjusts the dashboard to function as expected and provide the
info regarding multiple, different runners in one overview.

With different traffic policies and alike, the shared loadbalancer
causes more problems than it resolves. The original reason was that both
remote addresses would point to the same address, but this is a
non-issue given it all runs through a remote anyway.
